Gerald & Co. is part of the Ryan family of brands, alongside Supercross BMX, Torker Racing, Speedline Parts, Speedline Sports, Legend Bike Co and Dream Studio Guitars.

Bill Ryan founded Supercross BMX in 1989 and has been in the BMX industry since 1981. Gerald is the newest character in the lineup, and the one closest to Bill's 5-year-old self.
