Here is how we ship Gerald gear, what it costs, and how long it takes.

Where we ship from

Apple Valley, California. Every Gerald order ships from our warehouse there. We ship Monday through Friday, except major US holidays.

Processing time

Orders placed before 12pm Pacific on a business day ship that same day or the next business day. Orders placed after that, on weekends, or on holidays go out the following business day. Most orders are out the door inside 1 to 2 business days.

If something causes a delay (a backorder, a part we are waiting on for a custom item), we email you. No ghost orders.

Domestic shipping (USA)

We ship USPS and UPS, depending on weight and destination. At checkout you see the live rates from each carrier so you know what you are paying for.

  • Standard (USPS Ground Advantage / UPS Ground): 3 to 7 business days
  • Priority (USPS Priority Mail / UPS 2-Day): 2 to 3 business days
  • Express (USPS Priority Express / UPS Next Day): 1 to 2 business days

Free standard shipping on US orders over $75.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. Rates and transit times depend on where you are and what carrier picks it up. You see the cost at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees on arrival. We cannot mark packages as "gifts" or undervalue them on customs forms — please do not ask.

International transit can take anywhere from 6 to 21 business days depending on the country and customs. We provide tracking so you can follow it the whole way.

Tracking

Every order gets a tracking number, sent to the email you used at checkout. Click the link in the shipping notification to follow the package. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, check spam first, then email us at shipping@geraldtheonefingertroll.com.

Lost, stolen, or damaged in transit

Damaged on arrival: photograph the box and contents and email us within 5 days at shipping@geraldtheonefingertroll.com. We will replace the item at no cost.

Lost in transit: if tracking shows the package as delivered but you never got it, file a claim with the carrier first. Most porch-pirate or mis-delivery cases the carrier resolves directly. If you need help, email us and we will work it through with the carrier.

Stolen after delivery: file a police report and contact us. We are not responsible for theft after delivery, but we will help you work the claim.

Wrong address?

If you catch a typo right after ordering, email shipping@geraldtheonefingertroll.com immediately. If the package has not shipped yet, we can fix it. Once it is on the truck, we cannot reroute it — the package will return to us, and you will need to cover reshipment.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO

Yes to both. USPS handles military addresses. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes — orders to a PO Box ship USPS only.
