We want you happy with your Gerald gear. If something is not right, here is how it works.
The 30-day window
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
What we accept back
Items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging, and in the same condition you got them. The Gerald bobblehead, sticker sheets, pins, and shirts all qualify. We just need them back the way they left.
What we do not accept
Custom or personalized items. Final-sale items marked clearly on the product page. Anything that has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery. Gift cards.
How to start a return
Email us at returns@geraldtheonefingertroll.com with your order number and which item is going back. We will send you a return authorization and the address to ship it to. Please do not ship anything back without that authorization — it slows everything down.
Return shipping
You cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend a tracked service so the package does not vanish. If the return is because of our error (wrong item shipped, defective product), we cover return shipping.
Refund timing
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we email you. If approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Banks sometimes take a few extra days to post — that part is on them.
Exchanges
The fastest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order for what you want. Sizes go in and out of stock, and ordering separately keeps you from waiting twice.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order shows up damaged, photograph the box and the product before you do anything else and email us within 5 days at returns@geraldtheonefingertroll.com. Same for a wrong item. We will make it right.
