Q: When will I get my order?

A: Stickers and pins ship in 2 business days, first-class mail, 3-5 days in transit. Apparel and bobbles ship in 3-5 business days. Order tracking emailed at fulfillment.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes. International shipping calculated at checkout. Customs and duties are buyer responsibility.

Q: Sizing for shirts and hats?

A: Run size chart — we use Comfort Colors Heavy Cotton tees for shirts. Size up if between sizes. Hats are one-size adjustable.

Q: Returns?

A: Unworn apparel within 30 days, full refund. Stickers, pins, plush, and bobbles are final sale.

Q: Can my shop carry Gerald wholesale?

A: Yes. Email gerald@supercrossbmx.com with your shop name and reseller ID.

Q: Who owns Gerald, really?

A: Honest answer: we don’t know who originally drew the little green troll back in the 1970s. We grew up with him on speed shop sticker boards, brought him back from memory, and registered the trademark on our version. If the original artist ever surfaces, we’d be honored to meet them. Until then we honor him by keeping him fun.
